The Communication Graduate Caucus (CGC) was formed in 2006 as a collective body of Masters and PhD students studying Communication at Carleton University on the unceded, unsurrendered territory of the Anishnaabe Algonquin peoples in Ottawa, so-called Canada.

An executive council is elected to carry out the functions of the CGC.
